    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



       

    Mix shortening,sugar and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients and drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
