• 1 egg
  
• 3 tablespoon milk
  
• 1 cup grated cheese
  
• 6 slices of bread
  
• 6 slices bacon, broiled
  
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg until thick and combine with milk, baking powder, and cheese
   
2. Spread cheese mixture on bread
   
3. Broil 3 inches from the heat 1 to 2 minutes until top is heated.
