    Blackening Spice:
    1tsp ground black pepper
    1Tbl.ground dark chili powder
    2 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 pinc ground cumin
    1/2 tsp onion powder

    Recipe



    1. Combine all ingredients for blackening spices.
    2 Completely coat shrimp with spice. Cook shrimp (without oil) in skillet or hot pan.
