    List of Ingredients




    2 c sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c salad oil
    3 small jars strained carrots
    2 t cinnamon
    1 t salt
    2 t soda
    2 c flour

    Frosting:
    6 oz cream cheese
    1/4 c margarine
    2 t vanilla
    2 c powdered sugar
    1/2 c nuts

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients in one at a time in the order above.
    Bake in jelly roll pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
