I used to hate making cookies.  They never seemed to turn out for me. Often they were hard as rocks, and could often chip a tooth trying to eat them.   Then I realized that I was overbaking them.  What a diffrence after that brilliant observation....lol...practice makes perfect i guess...and we learn from our mistakes
