    Carrot Cake

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs
    3 cups grated carrots

    Icing:
    2 cups icing sugar
    4 oz cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe

    Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and ice.
