    Velveeta Cheese Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Butter (2 sticks)
    4 oz Cream cheese
    4 oz Velveeta processed cheese spread (plain)
    1/2 cup Powdered cocoa
    2 lbs Powdered sugar
    2 cup Macadamia nuts
    2 tsp Vanilla

    Recipe




    Place butter and cheeses in a 2 quart bowl, and melt in microwave
    on medium for 30-60 seconds at a time, stirring until blended. Be
    careful not to overcook! Mixture will look lumpy. Add cocoa and
    stir well.

    Gradually add powdered sugar, blending well after each addition
    until mixture is smooth. Add vanilla and nuts. Spread in a 9"
    square pan or a 9" x 13" pan. Chill until solid. Cut into
    squares. Fudge does not need to be refrigerated but should be
    stored in an air-tight container.
