Tomato-Ricotta Pasta
List of Ingredients
3/4 # Roma Tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
4 T Olive Oil
1 C Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
3 T Parmesan cheese
1 # Hot, cooked Penne, Ziti, Fusilli or Linguine Pasta
Salt and fresh ground Pepper, to taste
Recipe
Combine fresh Roma Tomatoes with Garlic Cloves, Olive Oil, Ricotta and Parmesan cheeses, all at room temperature.
Toss with hot, Pasta and season with Salt and freshly ground Pepper.
Serves 4
Serve with a crisp green Salad, Bread Sticks and a decadent dessert.
