    Carrot Cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup oil
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 2 tsp soda
    • 2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1 tsp allspice
    • 3 cups finely grated raw carrot


    Instructions


    1. Beat oil, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients and blend well. Blend raw carrots in. Bake at 350 degrees in 9 X 13 pan for 40 to 50 minutes. Excellent with cream cheese frosting.
