    Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

    1 Coconut Pie Crust-See Ice Cream Pie Crust Recipes
    Filling:
    1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
    2/3 cup cream of coconut
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Place ice cream in a large, chilled bowl. add cream of coconut and coconut flavor. Beat on low until well blended, but not melted. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Pour into prepared coconut crust. Cover and freeze at least 2 hours or until firm.

    To serve, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes prior to slicing.
