Deviled Crab

2 cups crabmeat -- in large flakes
6 slices bacon -- fried until crisp
1 teaspoon dried mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
few drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 3/4 cups mayonnaise
Preheat broiler.
Check the crab carefully to make sure inedible parts have been removed. Pile the crab flakes into 6 buttered individual shells or ramekins. Heat in the oven and top with crisp bacon.
Blend together the mustard, paprika, celery salt, and Tabasco. Add the chili sauce and lemon juice, mix well and add the mayonnaise. Top the warmed crabmeat with this sauce and brown under broiler.
