This is a list of abbreviations used for Middle Eastern Countries.  I have included Armenia here, although it is really not considered a Middle Eastern country.  Its cuisine is very much similar to Middle Eastern cuisine, but actually it is considered an Asian country.  It is north of the Middle East. Turkey is a Eurasian country which has a cuisine that has a mixture of Central Asian, Middle Eastern, and Balkan cuisine.  It is considered a Middle Eastern country so I have listed it here.

JRD = Jordan
LEB = Lebanon
SAD = Saudi Arabia
SUD = Sudan
SYR = Syria
TUN - Tunisia
TRK = Turkey
