Frozen slices of crusty bread
Fresh garlic
Olive oil
Coarse sea salt

Recipe



Heat broiler. Take bread from freezer and immediately rub with the cut side of garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Put under the broiler until it is as browned as you wish.
