    Gouda Cheese Spread

    List of Ingredients


    • 10 oz. Gouda
    • 1/2 c. sour cream
    • 1 T. Italian Dressing mix (Good Seasons)
    • paprika


    Instructions


    1. Cut 1/2" slice off the top of cheese. Scoop cheese out. Grate and add sour cream and dressing mix. Spoon into shell. Sprinkle with paprika.



    Final Comments


    Serve with bread, crackers and vegetables.
