Recipe Introduction
The is a really refreshingly cool and creamy dip. I made some additions to the originial recipe (dill, parsley, S&P, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish). Serve with crackers and vegetables.
List of Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 stick celery, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
½ lb. imitation crab meat, chopped
5 drops hot sauce or to taste
Dill
Fresh parsley, minced
Salt & pepper, to taste
Worcestershire sauce

Combine first 7 ingredients. Taste and add as much of the rest of ingredient as you like. Chill.
