Currry Sauce for Fondue

Recipe Introduction
Mike and Jessica love Jo's Curry Sauce as a dipping sauce for beef fondue, but I was looking for a really easy alternative Xmas 2024. I found this basic recipe online and messed with it a bit and came up with this. They both thought it was very good. I halved the recipe and there was PLENTY for a couple of pounds of steak.
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 T. curry powder
1/2 t. turmeric
1/4 t. garam masala
1/2 t. sriracha
1/4 t. sea salt Recipe
Mix everything and refrigerate for at least an hour.
