Cucumber Sauce




List of Ingredients



• Medium Cucumber
  
• 1/2 C Sour Cream or substitute
  
• 1/4 C Mayonaise
  
• 1 T Grated Onion
  
• 1 T Minced Parsley
  
• 2 tsp. Vinegar
  
• Seasoning to taste
  






Instructions



1. Cut medium unpared cucumber in half lengthwise
   
2. Scoop out seeds
   
3. Grate and drain use 1 C
   
4. Combine with the rest of the ingredients
   
5. Chill
