    Beer Barbecue Beef Sandwich Filling

    1 1/2 pounds chuck roast or other beef
    2 cups barbecue sauce
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 can beer
    1 envlope onion soup mix

    Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cover; cook
    on high 3-4 hours or low 4-8 hours. Shred meat and
    serve on buns.
