    Pork Ribs, Teriyaki

    List of Ingredients

    2 pork baby back ribs
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 kohlrabi, cut in eight wedges
    2 large carrots, 1/4 inch slices
    12-14 radishes
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    2 large cloves of garlic, sliced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
    If the radishes are large cut them in half.
    In a large roasting pan, season ribs with salt and pepper. Brown the meat for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 425 for one hour. Add a little water as is necessary. Turn the ribs and add the kohl rabi and carrots. Reduce heat to 375 degrees for half an hour. Add celery, onions, garlic, radishes and the teriyaki sauce. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and baste the ribs. Cook half an hour. Remove lid and bake 1/2 hour basting 2-3 times.
