2 cups chopped cooked chicken (or turkey)
1½ cups hot cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup corn flakes
1 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Recipe
Combine chicken, rice, soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion & salt. Spoon into a 1½ quart casserole dish. Toss corn flakes with melted butter & sprinkle atop the casserole. Bake at 375° until hot & bubbly - about 45 minutes.
