Cracker Barrel Cheddar cheese (medium sharp) 3/4 stick butter 6 Tbsp. flour 1 large carton cottage cheese 6 eggs 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained 3/4 lb. lean ham, cut in small piecesRecipe Cut cheese and butter in 1/2-inch, coat with flour. Whisk eggs into cottage cheese, add chopped broccoli, mix with cheese and butter, add ham. Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole (greased). Cover top with buttered cheese cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Make day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Serves 8 to 10
