Linguine Ansel
3/4 lb linguini
2 oz anchovies
1/2 lb chopped tomatoes
1/4 lb black olives, pitted
3 medium garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 T olive oilRecipe
Prepare the linguine all'dente.
Sauté the olive oil, garlic and pepper over low heat for 40 sec.
Add the anchovies and sauté until "melted" in the oil.
Add the tomatoes, olives and parsley.
Saute for 10 minutes and add the capers.
Cook for 10 min and add to linguine.
