Hot Dog Relish

4 cups chopped green tomatoes
1 med. head of cabbage, chopped
4 cups of chopped onions
12 green peppers, chopped
6 red peppers, chopped
1/2 cup sea salt
Mix and let set overnite in non metal pan or bowl.
Next morning rinse and drain, at least a couple of times.
Mix to boil
6 c. sugar
1 T. celery seed
2 T. mustrad seed
1 1/2 tsp. Turmeric
4 cups cider vingear
2 cups of water
Boil and then add the rest of things and boil for 3 minutes, simmer and then
put in hot jars and seal. This should make 8 pints. I also put in hot water boiling bath for about 15 minutes and then
let set for 24 hours without moving....
