    List of Ingredients




    Amaretto Fruit Dip

    1 small container Cool Whip
    1 sm. pkg. French Vanilla instant pudding mix
    1/4 - 1/2 c. Amaretto

    Mix pudding gently into Cool Whip. Add Amaretto to thin slightly and to suit taste. Too much will make the dip thin. Refrigerate until needed.

    Mint Dip

    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
    1 T. plus 1 tsp. green Creme de Menthe

    Beat whipping cream with electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add sugar and liquor. Combine beating until stiff peaks form. Chill well. Serve with fresh fruit.

    Layered Crabmeat Dip

    12 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 sm. onion, finely grated
    2 T. Worchestershire sauce
    2 T. mayonnaise
    1 T. lemon juice
    dash garlic salt
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    6 1/2 oz. can crabmeat
    chopped fresh parsley

    Drain crabmeat, pick over for cartilage and shell. Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat until smooth in food processor or with electric mixer. Spread mixture evenly on a platter or 12" pizza plate.

    Spread chili sauce on top, leaving a 3/4" margin around the edges. Sprinkle crabmeat over the chili sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with assorted crackers.

    Makes 3 1/2 c.
