    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    • 1 1/2 T cocoa
    • 4 T milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat but don't boil. Add 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
    2. Ice while brownies are hot.
