    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • Nutmeg to taste


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients except butter.
    2. Put on low heat.
    3. Add butter and heat until butter is melted.
    4. Pour into uncooked pie crust and bake in moderate oven until done.
    5. Then add egg whites, if desired.
