    A very yummy dip for holiday partys or for for just watching tv.
    Great on crackers, chips , endive leaves....

    List of Ingredients




    1 can Artichokes…. Packed in water, not oil.
    1-Cup Mayonnaise
    1 Cup Parmesan cheese
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    ½ Teaspoon Paprika

    Recipe



    Finely chop the artichoke hearts, stir in all other ingredients and put into an oven proof-baking pan.
    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
