    Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin

    List of Ingredients




    1 and 1/2 to 2 pound pork tenderloin
    Marinade:
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
    1/4 cup soy sauce

    Recipe



    Combine marinade and pour over pork. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Remove from the marinade and grill over medium-hot coals until done (about 20 - 25 minutes depending on size of tenderloin).

    The Skinny: Use low sodium soy sauce to cut out some salt.
