    This is a Moroccan inspired recipe

    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp. olive oil
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds)
    salt and pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    Green chiles, cut into strips for garnish

    Heat oil in large nonstick saute pan over medium heat.
    Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken in pan and cook until brown, about 6 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
    Add onion and garlic to pan. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
    add cumin and coriander, tomatoes, red pepper flakes and chicken broth. Bring to boil.
    Return chicken to pan along with any accumulated juices. Reduce heat cover and simmer 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    Garnish.

    Serves about 6
