    Filling: Ricotta Chocolate Filling

    1 1/4 pounds Ricotta
    2 cups Sugar
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    2 tablespoons Creme de cacao
    2 tablespoons Semisweet chocolate -- shaved
    2 tablespoons Candied fruit -- chopped





    Recipe

    Combine first 4 ingred. and beat til light and fluffy. Fold in chocolate and candied fruit.
