Red Wine Marinade

List of Ingredients
2 c red wine dry
1 bunch scallions, sliced (optional)
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ c olive oil
¼ c soy or teriyaki sauce
2 T dark brown sugar
1 t fresh ginger, grated (optional)
1 T Worcestershire sauce Recipe
Combine all ingredients and marinate steaks (or any type beef) several hours. After marinating steaks you may boil the marinade for 10 minutes and use as a basting sauce.
