    Chocolate Glaze

    This glaze will thicken and set as it cools.

    3 squares (3 ounces) semisweet chocolate, coarsley chopped
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 tablespoon light corn syrup
    1 tablespoon milk

    Recipe



    In heavy 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate with butter, corn syrup, and milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, till smooth. Makes about 1/2 cup.
