Beets with Pineapple




List of Ingredients



• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
  
• 1 (8-1/2 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
  
• 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  
• 1 (1 pound) can sliced beets, drained
  






Instructions



1. Place all ingred. except drained beets in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to med., stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly. Add beets and heat through.
