    2 TBSP CORNFLAKE CRUMBS
    2 TBSP HONEY
    1 TBSP SOY SAUCE
    4 (5 OZ) CHICKEN BREASTS

    PREHEAT OVER TO 425. LINE BAKING SHEET WITH FOIL. FINELY CHOP PECANS. SPRINKLE PECANS AND CORNFLAKES ON WAX PAPER. MIX HONEY AND SOY SAUCE, KEP CHICKEN INMIXTURE, THEN COAT WITH CRUMB MIXTURE. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY. BAKE 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE, ORUNTIL COOKED THROUGH.
