    Stained Glass Rocky Road

    An easy to make, very good, candy for the Holiday season..very much like a rocky road candy bar..only better!!

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
    1 12 oz. package choc. chips
    2 eggs well beaten
    1/2 cup ground nuts (optional)
    1 10 ounce package colored mini marshmellows
    powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Slowly melt butter and choc chips in heavy pan. Remove from heat...stir in beaten eggs and nuts...Gradually add marshmellows..mixing well after each addition. Divide mixture into 3 rolls, roll each in powdered sugar. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Slice into 1 inch slices..Serve. Keep extras refrigerated until ready to serve.
