List of Ingredients
- 2 ( 5oz ) packages sliced dried beef
- 4 cups skim milk
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup fat free margarine
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Chop dried beef in small pieces.
- Pour milk into a large saucepan;
- add flour and whisk until flour is dissolved.
- Add margarine and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat until hot.
- Add dried beef and stir constantly until mixture becomes thick and smooth.
Final Comments
Serve over toast, potatoes, or biscuits for additional points.
