Blueberry Muffins

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 3/4 C sugar`
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 C frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/3 C oil
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C milk
- Crumble Topping:
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/3 C flour
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 C butter, softened
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Whisk together wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
- Mix frozen blueberries with 1 Tbsp of flour till well coated. Stir into batter.
- Place cupcake papers in muffin pan. Fill about 3/4 full with batter.
- Crumb topping:
- Mix together dry ingredients. Mix in butter with a pastry cutter. Sprinkle over top of muffins.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
