    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    2 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform or round cake pan.

    Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in raisins. Combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
