    8 corn tortillas
    4 Tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
    2 ccup cooked, shredded chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    4 cup shredded romaine lettuce
    1 cup chopped tomatoes
    4 Tbsp fat-free sour cream
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    Your favorite salsa

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake the corn tortillas until golden brown and crisp, about 10-12 minutes. Top with cheese and bake until it melts, about another minute.

    Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium neat. Saute the onion with the seasonings until golden. Add the chicken and heat through.

    Serve everything in separate bowls - family style.

    To make tostada, top a corn tortilla with chicken, lettuce, tomato, cilantro and sour cream. Season with guacamole and salsa if desired.

    Serve with brown rice. (points do not include rice)


    Each serving: 308 calories, 6.5g fat, 25g saturated fat, 68mg cholesterol, 210mg sodium, 35g carbohydrate, 5g fiber, 28g. protein.
