Eating your weekly and activity points are up to you, Everybody is different, everybodies metabolism and activity level are different. Some eat them all and have good loses. Some can eat half and have good loses.
It all comes down to what kind of person you are. Some people have different metabolism levels and just burn more calories than others.
Also it depends on what kind of person you are, somebody that is less active, like somebody sitting at a desk all day will need less points than somebody that is always moving. (which they'll burn more calories).
So you should play around and see what works best for you. Try it for a couple weeks, then make your adjustments. Just doing it for one week will not really give you a true measurement of what works best for you.
