Roasted Garlic and Sesame Crackers

8 ounces white cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 stick salted butter, softened
4 cloves roasted garlic, mashed well
Pinch salt
Sesame seedsRecipe
Cream together cheese, butter and garlic. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1/2 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Slightly flatten balls with palm of hand, top with sesame seeds and lightly press seeds into crackers. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until seeds start to brown. Cool and serve.
