List of Ingredients



• 1-1.25# ground beef
  
• 2 packets taco seasoning mix
  
• 2 blocks cream cheese
  
• 1 can mushrooms, drained
  
• 1 jar salsa
  
• chopped onion
  
• chopped bell pepper
  
• 1 bag shredded cheese
  






Instructions



1. Spray Pyrex dish or pie dish with cooking spray. Mash cream cheese into plate.
   
2. Cook ground beef, taco seasoning, mushrooms, onion, bellpepper. Drain. Add cooked taco meat to dish. Top with salsa.
   
3. Put in low oven until hot and bubbly. Remove and top with cheese.
   
4. Return to oven to melt cheese.
