Instructions



1. Brown 2T. sugar in 1T. fat; add 2 medium onions, sliced; cook until almost tender.
   
   
2. Add 1T. enriched flour; brown slightly. Add 1T. vinegar, salt; cook till smooth.
   
   
3. Makes: 2 cups.
