- Spicy Texas Rub ( listed in this catagory)
- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb) boneless pork loin, trimmed and tied
Instructions
- Rub a good amount of the spice mixture all over the pork roast to coat completely.
- Rotate the pork loin on the spit rods for 1 hr. 15 mins. to 1 hr. 30 mins. or until the internal temp. reaches 160 degrees on the instant thermometer.
- Remove loin, untie and slice into 1/2 inch thick slices to serve.
