Cinnamon Doughnut Muffins

List of Ingredients
1 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
Jam
TOPPING:
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Recipe
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Combine oil egg & milk; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups half full; place 1 teaspoon of jam on top. Cover jam with enough batter to fill cups 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F 20-25 minutes. Place melted butter in small bowl; combine cinnamon & sugar in another bowl. Immediately after removing muffins from oven dip tops in butter then in cinnamon-sugar. Serve warm.
