    Blackberry Wine Cake

    Cake:
    1 box white cake mix (no pudding)
    1 small box blackberry-flavored gelatin
    1 cup blackberry wine
    1 cup vegetable oil
    4 eggs

    Glaze:
    2 cups powdered sugar
    Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 cup blackberry wine

    Recipe



    Make Cake:
    Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Make Glaze and Assembly:
    Mix and pour 1/2 over hot cake while still in pan. Let cool 15 to 20 minutes; turn out onto plate and pour on remaining glaze.
