Grandma Bogey Brown Sugar Pie

List of Ingredients
8 inch unbaked pie shell
1 cup of brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoons of flour
12 ounce can of evaporated milk
2 1/2 tablespoons of butter
Dash of salt
Dash of cinnamon
Place sugar, flour and salt in pie shell. Mix together lightly with fingertips. Pour milk carefully over the top. Do not stir. Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350ºF. oven 45 to 50 minutes or until the filling bubbles up in the center of pie. Cool completely before serving. The top layer of milk on the pie doesn't totally thicken after baking and that is the way it is supposed to be. When the pie is cut the milk acts as a sauce.
