4 cups sliced onions
3 tbsps. butter
¼ cup rice
1/3 cup half'n half
6 oz. grated cheese
Sauté onions in butter Cook rice in 5 cups boiling salted water. Drain rice. Mix onion and rice together Add half'n half. Place in casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
