    12 oz frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt
    1 small box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
    1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
    1 cup lite cool whip
    3 ozs grape nuts cereal

    Recipe



    Mix all ingriedients together and pour into 8" dish and freeze.
