In a blender, combine 1 c. crushed ice, 1/4 c. vodka, 1/4 c. blue curacao, 1/4 c. whipping cream, 2 Tbl. vanilla flavored syrup (such as Torani), 2 Tbl. orange juice and 1 Tbl. Cointreau (or other orange flavored liquer). Whirl until smooth. Pour into 4 martini glasses.
